This system was created to collect reports from students, academics, university staff, alumni and the general public about corruption or misconduct perpetrated the Registration Office’s personnel which has negatively impacted or caused damage to the complainant, and is needed to be addressed.
-
To file a report of corruption or misconduct, basic information including name, email, phone number, factual details about the problem, date and time of occurrence and related image (if any), should be provided for response, as well as for fast and effective troubleshooting and problem solving.
-
The language used should be formal, appropriate and legally sound.
-
In case the complainant does not provide enough information, or prefers to stay anonymous, and thereby is unreachable, the Registration Office shall reserve the right to not consider the report. Cases in which the complainant’s identity is not revealed, or cannot be identified, or arrived as an anonymous letter may be accepted for consideration by the Registration Office if circumstantial evidence is clear and witnesses are pointed out. Such factual evidence will further be investigated, and can be of public interest.
-
After the report is received, the Registration Office will notify of the result of consideration or the conclusion of related proceedings to the email provided by the complainant as soon as possible.
